01. GENERAL
▶ By commissioning me, you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to these terms.
▶ The prices listed are a basic guide. Individual quotes may vary depending on the piece.
▶ I have the right to refuse service for any reason. If you have been difficult to work with or I don't believe I am the right person to do your work, I have the right to decline.
02. ORDER & PAYMENT
▶ Please fill out the order form and specify all details and visual references upfront. (Character reference, pose, expression, scenario, e.t.c)
▶ Prices listed are in $USD. I only accept money through Paypal.
▶ Due to changes with PayPal, only select the "friends/family" option. DO NOT LEAVE A DESCRIPTION IN THE NOTE BOX. Send me a message that the payment has been sent and I will confirm it.
▶ Payment plans can be arranged for commissions exceeding $200.
▶ Prices are non-negotiable. If it's not within your budget, then it's not. Don't haggle me.
▶ Payment is upfront. Work will not begin until payment has been made.
03. REVISIONS
▶ Three simple edits max allowed to the sketch before extra charges apply.
▶ Re-drawing or adding more details not specified beforehand will incur an extra fee.
▶ Any mistakes on my behalf will be changed free of charge. (e.g: I forgot jewelry)
▶ Inks and flat colors can be shown upon your request. Flats can be changed free of charge.
▶ NO changes will be made after the sketch approval.
04. DELIVERY
▶ Completion can take 2-6 weeks, depending on complexity and queue. Please don't rush me.
▶ If you need the commission completed sooner, an additional 25% surcharge fee will apply.

▶ When the art is complete, I will send you the high-res file for your own personal use.
▶ Personal use only! Do not produce for profit, A.I, or NFT! I retain the rights to my work. You may use the art as an icon, wallpaper, etc., as long as credit is given to Helladelic/Helladelicacy.
▶ I have the right to host/not host/remove any art on my public accounts.
▶ When the piece is completed and I do not hear from you within 2 days, the work will be considered completed and posted.
▶ THE COMPLETED PIECE IS FINAL. No revisions will be made and no refunds will be given.
06. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
▶ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, UNLESS:
▶ If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason. You will be fully refunded.
Violation of my TOS and/or inappropriate behavior will result in cancellation and block-listing from my services in the future. Please be kind and respect my TOS.
